Phases, LLC is based on my belief that women are special and go through many phases and transitions in their life. My desire is to encourage women through the services of a massage therapist or doula. This can be through comfort measures during labor or through pain relief and relaxation with a therapeutic massage.

I am a licensed massage therapist and have completed all the training necessary to be a doula through DONA international. I currently work with Sunday's Ultimate Day Spa in the Brookstone Centre in

Columbus, Georgia and encourage my clients to come there for regular individual massage.

With combined 20 + years of

experience in the massage and spa business, our staff will bring

all the amenities of a luxurious

spa to your own home or to your favorite location. All of our therapists are licensed and

up to date on their certifications

and continuing education so you

can be sure to receive the very

latest and greatest as far as

treatment options and care.

With these hectic times we live in,some relaxation time is a welcomeand needed respite. Touch is not a luxury, it is a necessity. We service the Columbus, Fort Benning area and hold spa parties within a 100 mile radius of the Columbus Georgia area.

Ursula J. Wright, BA, ICD, ICCE

Ursula Wright, founder and owner of Expectant Labor Services, has made a positive impact in the community by offering professional teaching instruction and doula services since 1999. Serving in West Central Georgia, Fort Benning, and the surrounding areas, Mrs. Wright is a highly motivated self-starter who brings professional expertise in all aspects of business etiquette, while offering a personal and sincere interest and support to the needs of each individual she works with, including hospital staff, physicians and her clients. She has been certified through International Childbirth Education Association as a Childbirth Educator and Doula, and is a 2009 Columbus State University Honors Graduate of Communications.

Ursula’s training and studies as a childbirth educator and doula specialize in natural childbirth, assisted deliveries, medical interventions, cesarean sections, high risk pregnancy, labor and delivery, massage therapy in labor, relaxation techniques, stillbirth/grief, and postpartum. Her communications training and expertise maximizes the instructional edge that Mrs. Wright offers while teaching couples, women and teens about pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Mrs. Wright specializes in curriculum development in areas of childbirth education and has recently completed a curriculum designed to provide childbirth education to pregnant teenagers and their support people.

For 11 years, Ursula Wright has earned her status in the community through professional opportunities such as speaking engagements during Physician’s Grand Rounds Luncheon and Nursing Instructional meetings, as well as other opportunities to reach the public through television interviews, radio dialogue with listeners, and newspaper articles. Charitable services have allowed Ursula to work with local adoption agencies to support pregnant teens who are in need of professional instruction and support during all phases of pregnancy, labor, delivery and the postpartum period.
